HalpCraft/Onboarding Nudges

Managers don’t need more theory. They need the right prompt at the right moment.

HalpCraft Onboarding Nudges helps managers give new hires a better start. It puts ten practical prompts in your calendar at key moments across the first 150 days, each with what to do and the words to use, so good management doesn’t get lost in a busy week.

$49 NZDper new hire, one-time.Less than the cost of their first day.

Hiring a few? Team packs from $39 per hire.

The problem

Most managers know what a good start looks like.

  • MondayRosters, and a supplier who won’t call back.
  • TuesdayThe inbox.
  • WednesdayThree things due by Friday.
  • ThursdayCheck in with the new starter.

The problem is remembering it on the right Tuesday. The conversations that make a new start work are small, and they’re the easiest thing in the week to let slip.

Ten moments, weighted to the start.

Most of the weight sits early, when a new start is decided. Then the nudges spread out, the way the relationship does.

Questions

Not covered here? hello@halpcraft.com. A real person replies within 24 hours.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once for each new hire and nothing renews. $49 NZD for one, or $220 NZD for five and $390 NZD for ten.

Which calendars does it work with?

Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar. You get one calendar file by email and import it once.

Does my new hire see any of this?

No. The nudges are for you, the manager. HalpCraft never contacts your new hire.

My new hire works shifts. Does it still work?

Yes. Choose the shift pattern during setup and your email includes a link to adjust any nudge date to fit the roster before you import the calendar. Standard schedules skip weekends automatically.

How much time does each nudge take?

Most take 10 to 20 minutes. Day 1 is the longest at about an hour, and most of that is time spent with your new hire, which you’d be spending anyway.

I’m buying for several managers. How does that work?

Buy a Team 5 or Team 10 pack and you’ll receive setup codes by email. Pass one to each manager. They enter it at halpcraft.com/redeem, fill in their own new hire’s details, and their nudges go to their calendar. Codes are valid for 12 months.

We’re a recruitment agency.

What do you do with the details I enter?

We use them to time and address your nudges and to email you your calendar. See our privacy policy for the details.
