• New employee name and start date

• Work pattern preferences (standard or shift)
• Employee start time (if provided)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)

We may also collect basic usage data such as which nudge pages are visited, for product improvement purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate and deliver your personalised nudge calendar
• Send you the calendar file and related communications via email
• Process your subscription payment through Stripe
• Improve our product and customer experience
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to monitor, evaluate, or report on employees.

4. Employee Data

HalpCraft is a tool for managers, not a surveillance or monitoring platform. We collect minimal employee data (name and start date) solely to personalise the timing of nudges for the manager. We do not contact employees, share employee data with third parties, or use it for any purpose beyond generating the calendar sequence.

5. Data Sharing

We share your data only with the following trusted service providers, who process data on our behalf:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Tally — form submission and data collection
• Zapier — workflow automation for calendar delivery
• Vercel — website and application hosting

All providers are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of queries or disputes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict how we process your data
• Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)

HalpCraft is based in New Zealand and serves customers globally. Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place where data crosses borders.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
